We want you to be delighted with your Home Santo purchase. However, if an item is faulty or you change your mind, here’s our returns policy:
Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellations must be handled via our 28-day return policy.
Change of Mind
We offer a 28-day return period. Sale items are excluded. Items must be:
- Unused
- With tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s a defect, damage, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. Do not assemble the item — we can’t accept claims on assembled or partially assembled items.
Include as much detail as possible, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order after the return is approved.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Only)
UK customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@homesanto.com.
Returns that are used, assembled, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.
